Ingredients
- 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder
- 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 290ml Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Cut the vegetables into pieces about 3 inches long.
- 2. Season the vegetable pieces with Tata Salt, Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder, Dg1 Garlic Powder, and On1Y Paprika Powder.
- 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of Habit Toasted Sesame Oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
- 4. Quickly brown the vegetable pieces on both sides, ensuring not to overcook.
- 5. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup water with 1 teaspoon Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce and 1 teaspoon Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce.
- 6. Pour the soy and Worcestershire mixture into the skillet with the vegetables.
- 7. Shake the skillet gently to coat the vegetable pieces, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes.
