Ingredients

  • 400 g Tendercuts Chicken Breast Boneless 400G
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 250 g Zucchini Green
  • 400 g Pastazara Finely Chopped Tomatoes
  • 16 g Orika Oregano
  • 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
  • 1 kg Twf Bread Flour T55 - Specialised Maida
  • 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)

Instructions

  1. 1. In a small bowl, mix 3/4 cup of cold water with 2 tbsp flour, 2 tsp chicken bouillon granules, 1 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp dried oregano. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add 1 finely chopped onion and 1 minced clove of garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant and tender, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces. Stir-fry half the chicken at a time for 3-4 minutes, or until fully cooked and lightly browned. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  4. 4. Add 3 sliced zucchinis to the skillet and stir-fry for 5 minutes, or until tender but still crisp.
  5. 5. Pour the prepared bouillon mixture into the skillet along with 3 chopped tomatoes. Cook and stir until the sauce thickens and becomes bubbly, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6. Return the cooked chicken and onion-garlic mixture to the skillet. Stir everything together and cook for 1 more minute to combine the flavors.
  7. 7. Serve hot with steamed rice or chow mein noodles for a complete meal.
