Ingredients

  • 100 g Conscious Food Whole Organic Cashews
  • 1 kg Whole Farm Brown Sugar
  • 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
  • 40 g On1Y Ginger Powder
  • 175 Ltr Lee Kum Kee Blended Sesaame Oil Pet

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and 1/2 cup cashews. Mix thoroughly until the sugar dissolves.
  2. 2. Add approximately 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken to the bowl and ensure it is fully coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill.
  4. 4. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, basting occasionally with the remaining sauce to enhance the flavor and keep the meat moist.
  5. 5. Once the chicken is fully cooked and has reached an internal temperature of 165°F, remove it from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
