Ingredients
- 100 g Conscious Food Whole Organic Cashews
- 1 kg Whole Farm Brown Sugar
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 40 g On1Y Ginger Powder
- 175 Ltr Lee Kum Kee Blended Sesaame Oil Pet
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and 1/2 cup cashews. Mix thoroughly until the sugar dissolves.
- 2. Add approximately 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken to the bowl and ensure it is fully coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse.
- 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill.
- 4. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, basting occasionally with the remaining sauce to enhance the flavor and keep the meat moist.
- 5. Once the chicken is fully cooked and has reached an internal temperature of 165°F, remove it from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
