Ingredients
- 2 x 400 g Good To Go Boneless Chicken Breast - Pack Of 2
- 200 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
- 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
- 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
- 100 g Catch Black Pepper Powder
- 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/8 teaspoon of salt, and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper. Mix well and set aside.
- 3. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a small bowl. Dip each of the 4 chicken breasts into the melted butter, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- 4. Roll the butter-coated chicken breasts in the Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to ensure the coating adheres well.
- 5. Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- 6. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your meal!
