- 200 g Spinach (Palak)
- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Quinoa Seeds
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- 500 g Onion
- 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- - Ginger Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 200 ml Anveshan Olive Oil Cooking Spray
- 100g Greek Yogurt
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
Instructions
- 1. Rinse and finely chop the spinach, then set it aside.
- 2. Mince the onion, garlic, and green chili, ensuring even sizes for mixing.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, chopped spinach, onion, garlic, green chili, and coriander leaves.
- 4. Add ginger powder, garam masala, rice flour, and salt to the mixture, ensuring even distribution.
- 5. Knead the mixture gently until it forms a cohesive dough-like consistency.
- 6. Shape the mixture into small, evenly-sized kebabs using your hands.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes to ensure optimal crisping.
- 8. Lightly spray the kebabs with vegetable oil spray for a golden finish.
- 9. Place the kebabs in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap.
