Ingredients
- 200 g Diet Tofu Soya Tofu
- 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
- - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
- - MF GARLIC CLOVES 100GM
- loose Ginger

- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- - Coriander Powder
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
Instructions
- 1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- 2. Mince the garlic and ginger finely, and chop the fresh coriander leaves to set aside.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, Indian spice mix, ground black pepper, and salt.
- 4. Add minced garlic, ginger, and dark soy sauce to the dry mix, then stir in vegetable oil to form a thick marinade.
- 5. Coat the tofu cubes evenly with the prepared marinade, ensuring every piece is well-covered.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes to ensure perfect crispiness.
- 7. Place the marinated tofu cubes in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are spaced out evenly.
- 8. Air-fry the tofu bites at 180°C for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway to cook them evenly.
- 9. Once golden and crispy, remove the tofu bites from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving plate.
