Ingredients

  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 180 ml Sofit Natural Soy Beverage
  • 1 pack (500 ml) Sid'S Farm Tested High Protein Toned Milk - No Antibiotics | No Hormones | No Preservatives
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 10G Red Chili Powder
  • 500 G Preserved Dried Salted Black Beans
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 200 G Rock Salt Powder - Sprinkler 200 G
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly and cut off the tops, then remove the seeds and core inside.
  2. 2. Heat 10 ml of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat, and sauté finely chopped garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the pan and cook for another 4 minutes until softened.
  4. 4. Stir in the cooked red lentils, preserved black beans, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala, mixing well.
  5. 5. Pour in the Plant Based Soy Beverage and cook the mixture until it thickens slightly, about 3 minutes.
  6. 6. Season with rock salt and finely chop the fresh coriander leaves, adding them to the mixture. Stir to combine and remove from heat.
  7. 7. Stuff the prepared bell peppers evenly with the masala lentil mixture, pressing down gently to fill completely.
  8. 8. Brush the outer skin of the stuffed bell peppers with the remaining cooking oil for a golden finish.
  9. 9. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes, then place the stuffed bell peppers inside the basket.
  10. 10. Air fry the stuffed peppers for 15 minutes, checking halfway through to ensure even cooking.
