Ingredients

- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- Pcs Chings Masala Chicken Chilli
- - Onion
- 250g Coriander
- 250g Green Chilli
- 500 g Ghee
- - Suhana Biryani Masala 50g Box
- - Red Chilli
- 500g Cucumber
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 500 ml Water

- 50 Grms Red Chili Powder Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 10G Salt
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat the ghee and oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pot. Add the whole spices and sauté until aromatic.
- Step 2: Add the sliced onions and cook until golden brown. Reserve a small portion of fried onions for garnish.
- Step 3: Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for 1 minute.
- Step 4: Add the chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned. Stir in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, biryani masala, and salt.
- Step 5: Add the chopped tomato and cook until softened. Stir in the whisked yogurt, mixing well.
- Step 6: Layer the soaked rice over the chicken mixture. Add water and bring the mixture to a boil. Lower the heat, cover the pot, and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes until the rice is cooked and all the liquid is absorbed.
- Step 7: Garnish with the reserved fried onions, coriander leaves, and mint leaves. Let the biryani rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Step 8: For the mint raita, mix grated cucumber, chopped mint leaves, and whisked yogurt. Add salt to taste and serve alongside the biryani.
