- - Malai Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 ml Cow Ghee
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Jeera
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 250 g Spinach
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat ghee or oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for a few seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped onion and green chili to the pan. Sauté until the onion turns translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the chopped tomato and cook until soft and mushy, about 3-4 minutes.
- 4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder to the pan, and mix well to combine the spices with the onion-tomato mixture.
- 5. Toss in the chopped spinach and cook until it wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
- 6. Lower the heat and add the crumbled paneer to the pan. Stir gently to combine, cooking for 2-3 minutes to warm the paneer through.
- 7. Finish with fresh lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves, and adjust salt to taste. Mix well.
- 8. Remove from heat and serve hot with whole-grain toast, roti, or paratha for a complete breakfast.
