- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100G Oleo
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500g Good Life Raw Peanuts 500 G
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 200 g Dahi
- 250 g Cucumber
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 500 g Onion

Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken breast with turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, yogurt, lemon juice, and salt. Let it rest for 20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked and slightly charred. Remove from heat and let it cool before slicing into thin strips.
- 3. While the chicken cools, prepare the salad base by combining diced cucumber, diced tomato, shredded cabbage, and chopped green chili in a large mixing bowl.
