- 10 pcs Prawns
- 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
- 80 g Soya Sauce
- 510 g Oyster Sauce
- - Rice Vinegar
- 100 g Garlic
- 50 g White Pepper Powder
- - Dry Red Chillies
- 500 g Sugar
- 100 g Cornflour
- 250g Green Chilli
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, marinate the cleaned prawns with 1 tsp salt, white pepper powder, and cornstarch. Let it sit for 15 minutes to absorb flavors.
- 2. Heat a wok on high flame and add sesame oil. Once hot, toss in the minced garlic, green chilies, and dried red chilies, stirring frequently until fragrant.
- 3. Add the marinated prawns to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- 4. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar, stirring to coat the prawns evenly and create a glossy sauce.
