Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Spring Onion
  • 10 pcs Prawns
  • 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
  • 80 g Soya Sauce
  • 510 g Oyster Sauce
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 50 g White Pepper Powder
  • - Dry Red Chillies
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 100 g Cornflour
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, marinate the cleaned prawns with 1 tsp salt, white pepper powder, and cornstarch. Let it sit for 15 minutes to absorb flavors.
  2. 2. Heat a wok on high flame and add sesame oil. Once hot, toss in the minced garlic, green chilies, and dried red chilies, stirring frequently until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the marinated prawns to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  4. 4. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar, stirring to coat the prawns evenly and create a glossy sauce.
  5. 5. Toss in the chopped spring onions, sliced bell peppers, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes to combine all flavors and maintain a slight crunch in the vegetables.
  6. 6. Remove the wok from heat and transfer the prawns to a serving dish. Garnish with additional spring onions and serve hot.
