Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 200 g Green Peas
- 250 g Carrot
- - Onion
- 250g Coriander
- 250g Green Chilli
- 75 G Cinnamon Stick/ Dal Chini 75 Grams
- 500 g Ghee
- 150 Gms Cloves
- - Cardamom
- 500 ml Water
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100g Garam Masala
- 10G Salt
- - Cumin Seed
Instructions
- Heat the rice cooker and add ghee. Once hot, add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and cumin seeds. Sauté until aromatic.
- Add the sliced onion and green chili. Sauté until the onion turns golden brown.
- Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
- Add the chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and a pinch of salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the mixture is well combined.
- Add the diced carrot, green peas, and paneer cubes. Stir gently to coat with the spices.
- Drain the soaked millet and add it to the rice cooker. Mix well with the vegetables and paneer.
- Pour in the boiled water, add garam masala, and adjust salt as per taste. Stir once and close the rice cooker lid.
- Cook until the rice cooker switches to 'keep warm' mode, approximately 25-30 minutes.
- Once done, fluff the pulao gently with a fork and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
