Ingredients
- 200 g Mother Dairy Paneer
- 1 kg Bagrry'S 100% Jumbo Rolled Oats
- 30 Pieces Dr.Hen Table White Egg 30 Pcs
- 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
- 100 g Celery Stalk
- 1 ltr Amul Calci+ Calcium Rich High Protein Milk
- 80 g Knorr Vegetables Stock Cubes
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Grate 1 carrot and finely chop 1 celery stalk.
- 3. In a large bowl, mix 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 egg, 1 grated carrot, 1 chopped celery stalk, and 1 tsp salt until well combined.
- 4. Shape the mixture into patties of your desired size and place them on a nonstick baking sheet.
- 5. Bake the patties in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- 6. While the patties bake, prepare a simple mushroom sauce by mixing 1 cup of vegetable stock in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until smooth and warmed through.
- 7. Remove the patties from the oven and pour the vegetable stock over them. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the sauce has mostly simmered into the patties.
- 8. Serve hot and enjoy your protein-packed vegetarian dinner.
