Ingredients
- 430Ml Hellmanns Mayonnaise Squeeze Real
- 480 g Green Grapes - Seedless
- 200 g Pineapple Chunks
- 100 g Celery
- 500 g Nutraj Chilean Walnuts /Akhrot Inshell
- 400 Ml Kara Coconut Cream
- 100 g Green Lettuce
- 50 g Sakthi Curry Powder
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of low-fat plain yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper. Mix well until smooth.
- 2. Add 1 cup of halved grapes, 1 cup of diced pineapple, 1/2 cup of chopped celery, 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts, and 1 can (400 g) of drained and rinsed chickpeas to the bowl.
- 3. Gently toss all the ingredients together until the chickpeas and fruits are evenly coated with the dressing.
- 4. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 5. Serve the salad on a bed of fresh lettuce leaves and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut for an optional tropical touch. Enjoy!
