Ingredients

  • 430Ml Hellmanns Mayonnaise Squeeze Real
  • 480 g Green Grapes - Seedless
  • 200 g Pineapple Chunks
  • 100 g Celery
  • 500 g Nutraj Chilean Walnuts /Akhrot Inshell
  • 400 Ml Kara Coconut Cream
  • 100 g Green Lettuce
  • 50 g Sakthi Curry Powder
  • 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
  • 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of low-fat plain yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper. Mix well until smooth.
  2. 2. Add 1 cup of halved grapes, 1 cup of diced pineapple, 1/2 cup of chopped celery, 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts, and 1 can (400 g) of drained and rinsed chickpeas to the bowl.
  3. 3. Gently toss all the ingredients together until the chickpeas and fruits are evenly coated with the dressing.
  4. 4. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. 5. Serve the salad on a bed of fresh lettuce leaves and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut for an optional tropical touch. Enjoy!
