Ingredients
- 100g Pronature Organic Cashew Nuts100g
- 100 g Coconut Powder (Desicated)
- 250 g Til
- 500 g Jaggery Powder
- 20 g Cardamom Powder
- 200 ml Ghee
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Dry roast the sesame seeds in a pan over medium heat until fragrant and lightly golden, then set aside to cool.
- 2. Chop the cashew nuts into small pieces and dry roast them for 2-3 minutes until slightly golden.
- 3. In the same pan, add jaggery and melt it on low heat until it forms a smooth syrup, stirring continuously to prevent burning.
- 4. Add the roasted sesame seeds, cashew nuts, desiccated coconut, cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt to the jaggery syrup. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
