Ingredients
- - Fresh Tofu
- 250 g French Beans
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- - Rice Vinegar
- - Dry Red Chillies
- 1 bunch Thai Basil
- 100 g Til
- - Coconut Oil
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 100 g Cornflour
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine -free soy sauce, agave syrup, rice vinegar, black pepper powder, and cornstarch. Mix well to create the sauce and set it aside.
- 2. Heat 1 tbsp coconut oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the cubed tofu and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden and slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.
- 3. Add the remaining coconut oil to the skillet. Sprinkle hing and stir for 30 seconds to release its aroma.
- 4. Add the green beans, snap peas, and red bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- 5. Add the cooked tofu back to the skillet, along with the prepared sauce and sliced red chili. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 6. Turn off the heat and gently fold in the Thai basil leaves. Stir until the basil is wilted.
- 7. Transfer the stir fry to serving plates, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve hot. Enjoy!
