- Pcs Chings Masala Chicken Chilli
- 500 g Ghee
- 250g Coriander
- 250g Green Chilli
- Pcs Everest Ginger Garlic Past
- 1 Kg Rag Wada Kolam 1kg
- 500 ml Water
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100g Garam Masala
- 100 g Coriander Powder
- 10G Salt
- 500 Gms Buckwheat Flour
- 100 g Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken thighs with red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, yogurt, garam masala, coriander powder, and salt. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Step 2: While the chicken marinates, prepare the millet roti dough. Mix ragi flour, whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and lukewarm water to form a pliable dough. Rest for 10 minutes.
- Step 3: Preheat a grill or grill pan. Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook on medium heat for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- Step 4: Roll out the millet roti dough into thin circles. Cook on a heated skillet, applying ghee lightly on both sides, until golden brown spots appear. Keep warm.
- Step 5: For the spiced yogurt dip, mix hung curd with chopped coriander, green chili, cumin seeds, black pepper, and salt to taste.
- Step 6: Serve the grilled chicken with warm millet rotis and a side of spiced yogurt dip.
