- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- 250 G Akkha Masoor
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the foxtail millet thoroughly and cook it in a pot with sufficient water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Heat sunflower oil in a large tawa or skillet over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and asafoetida, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 3. Add the chopped tomatoes, green bell pepper, and shredded cabbage to the tawa. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables soften.
- 4. Mix in turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Stir well to evenly coat the vegetables with the spices.
- 5. Add the cooked green lentils and foxtail millet to the tawa. Combine everything thoroughly and cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- 6. Stir in lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Remove from heat.
