  • 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
  • 250 G Akkha Masoor
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 50 g Asafoetida Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 1 liter Sunflower Oil
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the foxtail millet thoroughly and cook it in a pot with sufficient water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat sunflower oil in a large tawa or skillet over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and asafoetida, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the chopped tomatoes, green bell pepper, and shredded cabbage to the tawa. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables soften.
  4. 4. Mix in turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Stir well to evenly coat the vegetables with the spices.
  5. 5. Add the cooked green lentils and foxtail millet to the tawa. Combine everything thoroughly and cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
