Ingredients
- - Chicken Breast
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500g Good Life Raw Peanuts 500 G
- 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
- 80 g Soya Sauce
- - Rice Vinegar
- 100 g Til
- 250 g Cucumber
- 50 g Honey
- 100 g Cornflour
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces. Mix cornstarch, salt, and black pepper powder, and coat the chicken evenly.
- 2. Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry for 6-8 minutes until cooked through and golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- 3. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, Szechuan chili paste, honey, and 1 tbsp sesame oil to make the dressing. Mix well until smooth.
- 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, red bell pepper, cucumber, and roasted peanuts. Toss the vegetables lightly.
- 5. Add the cooked chicken to the bowl and pour the dressing over the salad. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
