Ingredients
- Pcs Epi Yogurt Mango
- - Lemon Juice
- 135 g Nut Dry Fruit Mix - Tandoori Masala
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 250g Garlic
- 250g Green Chilli
- 250g Coriander
- loose Ginger
- 1 pack (4 pcs) Relish Chicken Drumstick
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 10G Salt
- 100 g Coriander Powder
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- - Cumin Seed
Instructions
- Step 1: In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to create a marinade.
- Step 2: Coat the chicken drumsticks with the marinade and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Step 3: Preheat the air fryer at 180°C. Place the chicken drumsticks in the air fryer basket and cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Step 4: Heat a pan on medium flame and add cooking oil. Once heated, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Step 5: Add chopped garlic and green chilies to the pan. Sauté until garlic turns golden brown.
- Step 6: Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir well. Sprinkle coriander powder and cook for 5 minutes.
- Step 7: Add soaked basmati rice and 500 ml of water to the pan. Season with salt and stir gently. Cover and cook for 15 minutes on low flame until rice is fully cooked.
- Step 8: Garnish the veggie rice with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with the air-fried tandoori chicken.
