- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 10 pcs Prawns
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200Ml Kara Coconut Milk Classic (200ml)
- - Chilli Green 100 G
- 100 g Lemon
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- 100 g Tej Patta
- - Red Chilli Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and bay leaf, and sauté for 30 seconds until aromatic.
- 2. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and green chili. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes break down into a thick paste.
- 3. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes to blend the spices.
- 4. Pour in the coconut milk and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally to ensure a smooth consistency.
- 5. Add the prawns to the simmering shorba and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the prawns turn pink and are cooked through.
