  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 10 pcs Prawns
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200Ml Kara Coconut Milk Classic (200ml)
  • - Chilli Green 100 G
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 1 liter Sunflower Oil
  • 100 g Tej Patta
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and bay leaf, and sauté for 30 seconds until aromatic.
  2. 2. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and green chili. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes break down into a thick paste.
  3. 3. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes to blend the spices.
