Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 50G Green Chilies
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 250 g Spinach
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Salt
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds, then add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 2. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil separates.
- 3. Add the minced chicken to the pan and mix well with the spice mixture. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked. Sprinkle garam masala and half of the chopped coriander leaves, then set aside.
- 4. In another pan, heat the remaining 1 tbsp of oil. Add the chopped spinach and sauté for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Season lightly with salt and set aside.
- 5. Beat the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt. In the same pan, scramble the eggs over low heat until soft and fluffy.
- 6. Assemble the breakfast bowl by layering the scrambled eggs at the base, followed by the sautéed spinach, and topping it with the spicy chicken keema. Garnish with the remaining coriander leaves and serve hot.
