Ingredients
- 400 g Licious Chicken Drumstick - Pack Of 6
- 185 g Nestle A+ Cup Curd - With Bhuna Jeera
- 1 pc (200 g) Amul Sour Cream
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 1 pack (100 g) Eastern Dry Ginger Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup plain yogurt, 1 cup sour cream, 2 teaspoons minced garlic, 2 teaspoons ginger powder, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika, and 1 teaspoon salt. Mix thoroughly to form a smooth marinade.
- 2. Add 2 pounds of chicken drumsticks to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Ensure all pieces are well-covered.
- 3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours to allow the flavors to infuse into the chicken.
- 4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the marinated chicken drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 5. Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- 6. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with your favorite side dishes.
