Ingredients
- 400 g Curd
- - Lemon Juice
- 250g Coriander
- 250g Green Chilli
- 500g Cucumber
- - Coconut Mint Chutney Mix
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 g Nandus Mutton Mince
- 1 pack (100 g) Aachi Mutton Masala
- 500 Gms Buckwheat Flour
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 1 L Borges Borgefrit High-Mufa-Oleic Sunflower Oil
- 10G Salt
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, combine mutton mince, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well and let marinate for 20 minutes.
- Step 2: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F). Shape the marinated mutton mince into cylindrical kebabs around skewers.
- Step 3: Spray the air fryer basket lightly with oil and arrange the kebabs in a single layer. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally for even cooking.
- Step 4: While the kebabs cook, prepare the parathas. Combine whole wheat flour, curd, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. Divide into portions, roll out thin parathas, and cook them on a hot griddle until golden brown on both sides.
- Step 5: Assemble the wraps by spreading mint chutney over each paratha, placing the air-fried kebabs, and topping with cucumber and tomato slices. Roll tightly and serve warm.
