- 100G Cashews
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 250g Garlic
- 250g Ginger
- 250g Green Chilli
- 250g Coriander

- 50 Grms Red Chili Powder Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Coriander Powder
- 100g Garam Masala
- 500 g Ghee
- 10G Salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the lamb kofta by mixing lamb mince, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, minced garlic, grated ginger, green chilies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, and salt. Shape into small meatballs and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Step 2: Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a deep pan, fry the lamb koftas until golden brown, and then remove them onto a plate.
- Step 3: In the same pan, add 2 more tablespoons of ghee. Temper with the whole spices, then add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Step 4: Add the tomato puree, turmeric powder, remaining chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook until the mixture releases oil. Stir in the yogurt and garam masala.
- Step 5: Layer the soaked basmati rice over the masala mixture. Place the lamb koftas on top. Pour 400 ml water, sprinkle saffron milk, and adjust salt to taste.
- Step 6: Cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes or until the rice is fully cooked and fluffy. Garnish with fried cashews and remaining coriander leaves before serving.
