Ingredients
- 400 g Curd
- - Lemon Juice
- 250 ml Coconut Milk
- 500 ml Water
- 150 Gms Cloves
- - Cardamom
- Pcs Chings Masala Chicken Chilli
- 500 g Ghee
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Black Pepper Powder
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 100 g Coriander Powder
- 20G Curry Leaves
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 75 G Cinnamon Stick/ Dal Chini 75 Grams
- 10G Salt
- 1 L Borges Borgefrit High-Mufa-Oleic Sunflower Oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Marinate the chicken with curd, lemon juice, turmeric powder, chili powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, and ginger-garlic paste. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Step 2: Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a pan. Add curry leaves and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Step 3: Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook on medium heat until fully cooked and slightly browned. Add the remaining ghee and mix well. Set aside.
- Step 4: In another pan, heat 1 teaspoon of oil and sauté cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon stick until aromatic.
- Step 5: Add the soaked rice and sauté gently for 2 minutes. Pour in coconut milk, water, and salt. Cover and cook on low heat until the rice is fully cooked and fluffy.
- Step 6: Serve the chicken ghee roast over the coconut rice. Garnish with additional curry leaves if desired.
