Ingredients

  • Pcs Epi Yogurt Mango
  • 500 Gms Buckwheat Flour
  • Pcs Chings Masala Chicken Chilli
  • - Onion
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 250g Coriander
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Coriander Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 100g Garam Masala
  • 10G Salt
  • 1 L Borges Borgefrit High-Mufa-Oleic Sunflower Oil
  • 500 g Ghee

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the dough by mixing whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and enough water to form a soft, pliable dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add chopped onion, green chili, and ginger garlic paste. Sauté until golden brown.
  3. Step 3: Add chicken cubes and cook on medium heat until the chicken is no longer pink. Stir in yogurt, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the spices are well incorporated, and the chicken is tender. Add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves. Set the filling aside to cool slightly.
  4. Step 4: In the same pan, add 1/2 tablespoon of oil and sauté chopped spinach until wilted. Mix the spinach into the chicken filling.
  5. Step 5: Divide the dough into four equal portions. Roll each portion into a thin circle. Heat a tawa (griddle) and cook each paratha for 1-2 minutes on each side, brushing with ghee for a flaky texture.
  6. Step 6: Place the chicken-spinach filling inside each paratha, roll tightly, and serve warm.
