  • 100 g X 3 Mtr Turmeric Powder | Arisina Pudi Combo
  • 50 g Sakthi Curry Powder
  • 100 g Catch Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 pack (25 g) Snapin Nutmeg Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a large skillet, melt 1/4 cup butter over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add 1 finely chopped onion and 1 1/2 cups rice to the skillet. Cook and stir until the rice turns golden and the onion becomes tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon curry powder, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper, ensuring the spices coat the rice evenly.
  5. 5. Transfer the rice mixture to an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish. Arrange 500 g of diced chicken breast evenly over the rice.
  6. 6. Heat 3 1/2 cups chicken broth until boiling, then pour it over the rice and chicken mixture in the casserole dish.
  7. 7. Cover the casserole dish tightly with a lid or aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed, the rice is tender, and the chicken is fully cooked.
  8. 8. Remove from the oven, fluff the rice with a fork, and serve hot.
