A classic Indian dinner dish that combines smoky marinated paneer cubes in a rich, flavorful tomato-based gravy, paired with aromatic jeera rice.

- 200 g Paneer
- Pcs Epi Yogurt Mango
- 200 g Cream
- - Bay Leaf
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Coriander Powder
- 250g Green Chilli
- 500 g Rice
- - Butter
- 10G Salt
- 250g Coriander
Instructions
- Step 1: Mix yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt in a bowl to create a marinade. Coat the paneer cubes and let them marinate for 20 minutes.
- Step 2: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a grill pan. Sear the marinated paneer cubes until lightly charred and set aside.
- Step 3: In a deep pan, heat the remaining oil and butter. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Then add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Step 4: Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute. Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
- Step 5: Add coriander powder, garam masala, and green chilies. Stir well, then add fresh cream and adjust salt. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Step 6: Gently add the grilled paneer cubes to the gravy and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Step 7: To prepare jeera rice, heat oil in a saucepan. Add cumin seeds and bay leaf. Once fragrant, add soaked rice and water (1:2 ratio). Cook until rice is tender.
- Step 8: Serve the paneer tikka masala hot with the jeera rice, garnished with chopped cilantro.
