Ingredients

  • - Chicken Breast
  • - Dry Red Chillies
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 80 g Soya Sauce
  • 100 g Cornflour
  • 500 g White Tahini Paste
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and marinate with soy sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and a pinch of black pepper. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add Sichuan peppercorns and dried red chilies, allowing them to sizzle and release their aroma for about 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked and slightly browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, mix sesame paste or tahini with a splash of soy sauce and a pinch of salt to create a creamy dressing.
  5. 5. Warm the flatbreads on a dry skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until soft and pliable.
  6. 6. Assemble the wraps by spreading a thin layer of the sesame dressing on each flatbread. Add a portion of cooked chicken, julienned cucumber, carrot, and green bell pepper.
  7. 7. Roll the flatbreads tightly to form wraps. Slice each wrap in half if desired and serve immediately.
