- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 10G Salt
- 500 G Sugar

Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the mustard paste by grinding soaked black mustard seeds, yellow mustard seeds, 2 green chilies, and a pinch of salt into a smooth paste. Add a small amount of water if needed.
- Step 2: Marinate the prawns with turmeric powder and a pinch of salt. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Step 3: Heat mustard oil in a pan until it reaches its smoking point. Lower the heat and fry the marinated prawns lightly for 1-2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
