Ingredients
- 50 g Parsley Leaves
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 250 ml Pure Milk Whipping Cream
- 500Ml Gaia Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500ml)
- - Thyme Leaves
- 52 g Paprika Powder
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the pre-made pie crust in a tart or pie dish and gently press to fit. Prick the bottom with a fork and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped green chilies and sauté briefly for 1-2 minutes to release their aroma.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, paprika, thyme, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
- 4. Spread the cooked lobster meat evenly over the partially baked pie crust. Sprinkle the shredded Gruyere cheese on top.
- 5. Pour the egg mixture over the lobster and cheese, ensuring it fills the crust evenly without overflowing.
- 6. Carefully transfer the quiche to the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
- 7. Remove the quiche from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the top before slicing and serving.
