Ingredients

  • 50 g Parsley Leaves
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 250 ml Pure Milk Whipping Cream
  • 500Ml Gaia Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500ml)
  • - Thyme Leaves
  • 52 g Paprika Powder
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the pre-made pie crust in a tart or pie dish and gently press to fit. Prick the bottom with a fork and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped green chilies and sauté briefly for 1-2 minutes to release their aroma.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, paprika, thyme, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
  4. 4. Spread the cooked lobster meat evenly over the partially baked pie crust. Sprinkle the shredded Gruyere cheese on top.
  5. 5. Pour the egg mixture over the lobster and cheese, ensuring it fills the crust evenly without overflowing.
  6. 6. Carefully transfer the quiche to the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
  7. 7. Remove the quiche from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the top before slicing and serving.
