  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid

  • 52 g Paprika Powder
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Drain and rinse the soaked white beans. Cook them in a pressure cooker or pot until tender, then set aside.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and asafoetida, and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
  3. 3. Add the diced zucchini, plant, and red bell pepper to the pan. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables soften slightly.
