- 400G Chtoura White Beans In Brine
- 2 pcs Zucchini
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- - Olive Oil
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
- - Thyme Leaves
- 40G Primi Piatti Rosemary Flakes
- 52 g Paprika Powder
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Drain and rinse the soaked white beans. Cook them in a pressure cooker or pot until tender, then set aside.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and asafoetida, and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
- 3. Add the diced zucchini, plant, and red bell pepper to the pan. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables soften slightly.
- 4. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, thyme, rosemary, paprika, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.
- 5. Add the cooked white beans to the vegetable mixture, stirring to coat them in the sauce. Let the mixture simmer for 10-12 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
