  • Pcs Epi Yogurt Mango
  • 500 g Besan
  • - Lemon Juice
  • - Bay Leaf
  • 150 Gms Green Cardamom
  • 150 Gms Cloves
  • 25G Fisherman'S Friend Sugar Free Mouth Freshener - Lemon (25g)
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • - Garlic Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Coriander Powder
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 10G Salt
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 500 g Ghee
  • 250g Coriander

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a mixing bowl, prepare the marinade by combining yogurt, besan, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, mustard oil, and salt.
  2. Step 2: Coat the fish fillets evenly with the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to absorb.
  3. Step 3: Preheat a grill or tandoor to medium heat. Lightly grease the surface. Grill the marinated fish fillets for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through and slightly charred.
  4. Step 4: For jeera rice, heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, bay leaf, green cardamom, and cloves. Once aromatic, add the cooked basmati rice and toss gently to coat the rice with the spices.
  5. Step 5: Garnish the jeera rice with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot alongside the grilled fish tikka.
