- Pcs Epi Yogurt Mango
- 500 g Besan
- - Lemon Juice
- - Bay Leaf
- 150 Gms Green Cardamom
- 150 Gms Cloves
- 25G Fisherman'S Friend Sugar Free Mouth Freshener - Lemon (25g)
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- - Garlic Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Coriander Powder
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 10G Salt
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 500 g Ghee
- 250g Coriander
Instructions
- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, prepare the marinade by combining yogurt, besan, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, mustard oil, and salt.
- Step 2: Coat the fish fillets evenly with the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to absorb.
- Step 3: Preheat a grill or tandoor to medium heat. Lightly grease the surface. Grill the marinated fish fillets for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through and slightly charred.
- Step 4: For jeera rice, heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, bay leaf, green cardamom, and cloves. Once aromatic, add the cooked basmati rice and toss gently to coat the rice with the spices.
- Step 5: Garnish the jeera rice with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot alongside the grilled fish tikka.
