- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 50 g Black Pepper
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Honey

- 1. Pat the tuna steak dry with paper towels and rub it evenly with Dijon mustard. Combine thyme, rosemary, parsley, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl, and coat the tuna with the herb mixture on all sides.
