Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 500 g Onion
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
  • - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, prepare the marinade by combining Greek yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
  2. 2. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade, mix well to coat evenly, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and grill the marinated paneer cubes until golden and slightly charred on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4. Warm the whole wheat rotis on a skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until soft and pliable.
  5. 5. Assemble the rolls by placing a layer of shredded lettuce, sliced onions, tomatoes, and cucumber on each roti. Add the grilled paneer cubes on top.
  6. 6. Drizzle any leftover marinade as a dressing and roll the rotis tightly to form wraps. Secure with foil or toothpicks if needed.
