- 200 g Paneer
- 200 g Dahi
- 500 g Onion
- 250 g Cucumber
- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, prepare the marinade by combining Greek yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
- 2. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade, mix well to coat evenly, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and grill the marinated paneer cubes until golden and slightly charred on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- 4. Warm the whole wheat rotis on a skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until soft and pliable.
- 5. Assemble the rolls by placing a layer of shredded lettuce, sliced onions, tomatoes, and cucumber on each roti. Add the grilled paneer cubes on top.
- 6. Drizzle any leftover marinade as a dressing and roll the rotis tightly to form wraps. Secure with foil or toothpicks if needed.
- 7. Serve the Tandoori Paneer Rolls immediately, accompanied by a side of mint chutney or yogurt dip if desired.
