  • 50 g Parsley Leaves
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 2 pcs Zucchini
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • - Olive Oil
  • - Thyme Leaves
  • 20 g Oregano
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200 g Almond Flour
  • 50 g Asafoetida Powder
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the green lentils thoroughly and cook them in a pot with enough water until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan and add asafoetida. Stir briefly, then add chopped tomatoes, zucchini, and bell peppers. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
