Ingredients

  • 500 ml Water
  • Pcs Chings Masala Chicken Chilli
  • 500 G Ridge Gourd/Jhinge Tori(500Gm)
  • - Smiles-crispy Happy Potatoes-750 Gms
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 10G Salt
  • 250g Coriander

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Heat mustard oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add panch phoran and let it sizzle for about 30 seconds until aromatic.
  2. Step 2: Add slit green chilies and sauté for another 30 seconds.
  3. Step 3: Add the chicken pieces and turmeric powder. Sauté until the chicken is lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Add the ridge gourd, drumsticks, potatoes, and carrots. Stir well to coat the vegetables with the spices.
  5. Step 5: Pour in the water and season with salt. Cover the pot and let it simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Step 6: Check if the chicken and vegetables are cooked through and tender. Adjust the seasoning if needed.
  7. Step 7: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
