Ingredients
- 250 g Spinach
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 300 g Shiro Miso Paste
- 200 g Organic Tofu - Soy Paneer
- 250 g French Beans
- 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
- - Rice Vinegar
- 100 g Til
- 250g Green Chilli
- 50 g Black Pepper
- 500 ml Water
- 10G Salt
Instructions
- 1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add asafoetida (hing) and green chili, stirring for 30 seconds to release the aroma.
- 2. Add the chopped green beans and shredded cabbage to the pot. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
- 3. Stir in the white miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and black pepper. Mix well to combine the flavors.
- 4. Add the cubed tofu and baby spinach to the pot. Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients and bring the soup to a gentle simmer.
- 5. Let the soup cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the tofu is heated through.
- 6. Adjust seasoning to taste, and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped spring onion greens before serving.
