Ingredients

  • 250 g Spinach
  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion
  • 300 g Shiro Miso Paste
  • 200 g Organic Tofu - Soy Paneer
  • 250 g French Beans
  • 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • 100 g Til
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 50 g Black Pepper
  • 500 ml Water
  • 10G Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add asafoetida (hing) and green chili, stirring for 30 seconds to release the aroma.
  2. 2. Add the chopped green beans and shredded cabbage to the pot. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
  3. 3. Stir in the white miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and black pepper. Mix well to combine the flavors.
  4. 4. Add the cubed tofu and baby spinach to the pot. Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients and bring the soup to a gentle simmer.
  5. 5. Let the soup cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the tofu is heated through.
  6. 6. Adjust seasoning to taste, and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped spring onion greens before serving.
