- 1 Bunch Nectr Mint Leaves (Chemical Free)
- 200 g Watermelon (Sliced)
- 3 pcs Kiwi Green
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 5 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (5 Kg)
Instructions
- 1. In a saucepan, combine 2/3 cup sugar, 2 cups water, and 4 tablespoons of fresh mint leaves. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 4 minutes to infuse the flavors.
- 2. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in 3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Allow the syrup to cool completely.
- 3. Using a melon baller, scoop out 2 cups each of cantaloupe, kiwi, and watermelon balls. Place them in a large serving bowl.
- 4. Once the syrup has cooled, pour it evenly over the melon balls, ensuring they are well coated.
- 5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and allow the flavors to meld.
- 6. Serve the chilled melon medley as a refreshing appetizer, garnished with additional mint leaves if desired.
