- 2 pcs Zucchini
- 50 g Honey
- 50 g White Sesame Seeds
- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Bajra/Pearl Millets - 500 G
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 250g Coriander
- 100G Sr Lasun
- 80 g Soya Sauce
- 200 g Table Salt
- 670Ml Winn Vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Rinse 1 cup of millet thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
- 2. In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed millet with 2 cups of water and a pinch of salt.
- 3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 4. Remove the saucepan from heat and let it sit, covered, for an additional 5 minutes to allow the millet to steam.
- 5. While the millet is cooking, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- 6. Add 1 cup of chopped vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, and zucchini) to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- 7. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon of honey.
- 8. Fluff the cooked millet with a fork and transfer it to a serving bowl.
- 9. Top the millet with the sautéed vegetables and drizzle the soy sauce mixture over the top.
- 10. Garnish with 2 tablespoons of chopped green onions and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds before serving.
