Ingredients
- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- 250 g Spinach
- 200 g Dahi
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine millet flour, yogurt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
- 2. Add finely chopped spinach leaves, green chili, grated ginger, and coriander leaves to the bowl. Gradually add water while stirring to form a smooth, lump-free batter of pouring consistency.
- 3. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle on medium heat and lightly grease it with 1 tsp oil. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it gently into a thin circular shape.
- 4. Cook the cheela on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the edges crisp up and the bottom turns golden brown. Flip it carefully and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
- 5. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, greasing the pan lightly as needed, to make more cheelas.
- 6. Serve the Masala Millet and Spinach Cheelas hot with a side of mint chutney or yogurt for dipping.
