Ingredients
- NaN Red Jowar Flour
- - Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100g Garam Masala
- - Red Chilli
- 250g Coriander
- 500 ml Water
- 10G Salt
- 1 L Borges Borgefrit High-Mufa-Oleic Sunflower Oil
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Coriander Powder
Instructions
- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine jowar flour, salt, and hot water gradually to form a smooth dough. Knead for 5 minutes and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Step 2: Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out using a rolling pin into thin rotis. Heat a griddle and cook each roti until lightly browned on both sides.
- Step 3: Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Step 4: Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. Stir in turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and mix well.
- Step 5: Add sprouted moong beans and water. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes until the beans are tender and the curry thickens.
- Step 6: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with masala jowar rotis.
