Ingredients

  • NaN Red Jowar Flour
  • - Onion
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 100g Garam Masala
  • - Red Chilli
  • 250g Coriander
  • 500 ml Water
  • 10G Salt
  • 1 L Borges Borgefrit High-Mufa-Oleic Sunflower Oil
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Coriander Powder

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine jowar flour, salt, and hot water gradually to form a smooth dough. Knead for 5 minutes and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out using a rolling pin into thin rotis. Heat a griddle and cook each roti until lightly browned on both sides.
  3. Step 3: Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. Stir in turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and mix well.
  5. Step 5: Add sprouted moong beans and water. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes until the beans are tender and the curry thickens.
  6. Step 6: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with masala jowar rotis.
