  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 500 g Chicken Whole
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • medium Chilli Green Long

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle for 30 seconds until aromatic.
  2. 2. Add the minced chicken to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently until it turns light brown.
  3. 3. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and salt, mixing well to coat the chicken evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies to the pan. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes soften and incorporate into the keema.
