Ingredients

  • 500 g Prawns
  • - Grated Coconut
  • 500 ml Water
  • - Onion
  • 250g Garlic
  • - Red Chilli
  • 100 g Coriander Seeds
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 1 L Borges Borgefrit High-Mufa-Oleic Sunflower Oil
  • 10G Salt
  • 250g Coriander
  • NaN Red Jowar Flour

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add minced garlic, dry red chilies, and coriander seeds, and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Step 2: Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent. Then add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the mixture thickens.
  3. Step 3: Add the prawns to the pan and cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
  4. Step 4: Stir in the grated coconut and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  5. Step 5: For the Jowar Bhakri, in a bowl, mix jowar flour with lukewarm water to create a soft dough. Divide into equal portions and roll out flat discs using your palms.
  6. Step 6: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Place the bhakris in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until lightly browned and cooked through.
  7. Step 7: Serve the prawn sukkha with the warm air-fried jowar bhakris for a delicious and protein-packed meal.
