- 500 g Prawns
- - Grated Coconut
- 500 ml Water
- - Onion
- 250g Garlic
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Coriander Seeds
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 1 L Borges Borgefrit High-Mufa-Oleic Sunflower Oil
- 10G Salt
- 250g Coriander
- NaN Red Jowar Flour
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add minced garlic, dry red chilies, and coriander seeds, and sauté until fragrant.
- Step 2: Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent. Then add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the mixture thickens.
- Step 3: Add the prawns to the pan and cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
- Step 4: Stir in the grated coconut and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Step 5: For the Jowar Bhakri, in a bowl, mix jowar flour with lukewarm water to create a soft dough. Divide into equal portions and roll out flat discs using your palms.
- Step 6: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Place the bhakris in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until lightly browned and cooked through.
- Step 7: Serve the prawn sukkha with the warm air-fried jowar bhakris for a delicious and protein-packed meal.
