Ingredients
- - Blep Lamb Broth For Cats & Dogs
- 500 ml Water
- 250g Ginger
- 250g Green Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100g Garam Masala
- 100 g Coriander Powder
- 1 L Borges Borgefrit High-Mufa-Oleic Sunflower Oil
- 250g Coriander
- 1 kg Bajra Flour
- 10G Salt
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Stir in minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and mushy.
- Mix in turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Sauté for a minute.
- Add the minced lamb (kheema) and mix well with the spices. Cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once cooked, garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and set aside.
- To make bajra rotis, mix bajra flour with a pinch of salt and enough water to form a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out gently into flat rotis.
- Air-fry the rotis at 180°C for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked and slightly crisp.
