Ingredients

  • - Blep Lamb Broth For Cats & Dogs
  • 500 ml Water
  • 250g Ginger
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 100g Garam Masala
  • 100 g Coriander Powder
  • 1 L Borges Borgefrit High-Mufa-Oleic Sunflower Oil
  • 250g Coriander
  • 1 kg Bajra Flour
  • 10G Salt

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and mushy.
  5. Mix in turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Sauté for a minute.
  6. Add the minced lamb (kheema) and mix well with the spices. Cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Once cooked, garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and set aside.
  8. To make bajra rotis, mix bajra flour with a pinch of salt and enough water to form a soft dough.
  9. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out gently into flat rotis.
  10. Air-fry the rotis at 180°C for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked and slightly crisp.
