Ingredients
- 200 g Mother Dairy Paneer
- 1 pc (200 g) Amul Sour Cream
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 1 pc (20 g) Milagro Farm Mixed Herbs
- 250 g Spinach - Chopped
- 567 G Freshos Water Chestnuts In Water
- 500 g Onion
Instructions
- 1. Process 1 cup of cottage cheese in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- 2. Press 1 cup of fresh spinach between paper towels until almost dry to remove excess moisture.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the blended cottage cheese, prepared spinach, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 2 teaspoons of finely chopped green onion, 1/4 cup of mixed herbs, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and 1/4 cup of finely chopped water chestnuts.
- 4. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, folding them together until well combined.
- 5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- 6. Serve chilled with whole-grain crackers or fresh vegetable sticks for dipping.
