Ingredients
- 250 G Akkha Masoor
- 1 unit Celery
- - Thyme Leaves
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- - Bay Leaf
- 500g Carrot Orange
- 1 kg Potato
- 250 G Leeks(250 Gm)
- - Urban Platter Vegetable Bouillon And Broth Powder
- - 365 By Whole Foods Market Organic Beef Broth
- 250 g Pork Chorizo Sausages
Instructions
- 1. Cut carrots, potatoes, leeks, celery root and Meat required
- 2. Add Vegetable/Beef broth to a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped carrots, celery root and leek. Stir in bay leaf and other spices for added aroma.
- 3. Stir in the soaked lentils, spice powder, thyme, salt. Mix well to coat the lentils with the spices.
- 4. Add enough water to cover the lentils and vegetables. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 20 minutes, until the lentils are tender.
- 5. Adjust seasoning if needed and remove the bay leaf. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
- 6. Serve the Linseneintopf hot in bowls, accompanied by crusty bread or a side salat for a satisfying dinner.
