Ingredients

  • 250 G Akkha Masoor
  • 1 unit Celery
  • - Thyme Leaves
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • - Bay Leaf
  • 500g Carrot Orange
  • 1 kg Potato
  • 250 G Leeks(250 Gm)
  • - Urban Platter Vegetable Bouillon And Broth Powder
  • - 365 By Whole Foods Market Organic Beef Broth
  • 250 g Pork Chorizo Sausages

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut carrots, potatoes, leeks, celery root and Meat required
  2. 2. Add Vegetable/Beef broth to a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped carrots, celery root and leek. Stir in bay leaf and other spices for added aroma.
  3. 3. Stir in the soaked lentils, spice powder, thyme, salt. Mix well to coat the lentils with the spices.
  4. 4. Add enough water to cover the lentils and vegetables. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 20 minutes, until the lentils are tender.
