Ingredients
- Pcs Epi Yogurt Mango
- Pcs Chings Masala Chicken Chilli
- 500 g Rice
- - Onion
- - Red Chilli
- 250g Coriander
- 100 g Lemon
- - Garlic Paste
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100g Garam Masala
- 1 L Borges Borgefrit High-Mufa-Oleic Sunflower Oil
- 10G Salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Marinate the chicken with yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, and a pinch of salt. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Step 2: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Place the marinated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway for even cooking.
- Step 3: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan. Add cumin seeds, sliced onions, and cook until onions are golden brown.
- Step 4: Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. Stir in garam masala, a pinch of salt, and mix well.
- Step 5: Add washed rice to the saucepan, sauté briefly, and add 400 ml of water. Cover and cook on low heat until rice is fully cooked and fluffy.
- Step 6: Prepare the onion salad by mixing sliced onions, chopped coriander leaves, a squeeze of lemon, and a pinch of salt.
- Step 7: Plate the air-fried chicken, spiced rice, and onion salad together. Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon wedges.
