- 50 g Parsley Leaves
- 20 g Chicken Stock
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 100 g Salt
- 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder
- - Rice Flour
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 400-500 G Cabbage (400-500Gm)

Instructions
- 1. Carefully blanch the cabbage leaves in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until soft and pliable. Set them aside to cool.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine minced chicken, cumin powder, smoked paprika, black pepper powder, salt, plain yogurt, and chopped parsley. Mix well to form a uniform filling.
- 3. Place a portion of the chicken mixture onto each cabbage leaf and roll tightly, tucking in the edges to secure the filling.
- 4. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Place the cabbage rolls seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.
- 5. Mix rice flour with chicken stock to create a smooth slurry and pour it into the pan with the cabbage rolls.
- 6. Cover the pan and simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes until the rolls are cooked through and the sauce thickens slightly.
